“All the joy the world contains Has come through wishing happiness for others. All the misery the world contains Has come through wanting pleasure for oneself.” – The Emily Dahl Foundation

“All the joy the world contains Has come through wishing happiness for others. All the misery the world contains Has come through wanting pleasure for oneself.”

– Śāntideva

What this world needs is less talk and more introspection.

Rallying trucks and fighting certainly cannot be the way to happiness.

Hopefully, those that rally take some time to peer into the open sky, and the shackles that frustrate them will become loose.

One should ask - Who Am I?

Sit down and ponder this.

You will soon realize that all the books you have read have not solved this question.

The search for the truth of "Who Am I?" is the means to arrive at true love and happiness.

Realize that paying attention to the faults of others blurs your vision and adds to world misery.

Emily always saw the bright side of things.

It is the good and beautiful that is real, not the bad.
When Emily spent time with others, she was out to find the good and the beautiful.

She laughed and loved from the heart.

She shook with merriment from head to foot and all of us are lifted by her energy and her love.
