Compassionate Friends Fundraiser at Wings Vernon is pleased to announce keynote speaker Mike Shaw and A Special Presentation by Reen Rose.
Compassionate Friends committee member Carol Owen stated: "We are so excited to have Mike come speak at this important fundraiser. Mike is so nice, and I was impressed with him when we met six years ago. His positive thinking has helped me in many ways. He is just amazing, and we expect a sold-out crowd - so help us by buying a few tickets and come hear Mike's talk!"

The words of TCF’s Founder, Simon Stephens, resonate with those who have come to The Compassionate Friends hoping to find a purpose in a life that suddenly seems so empty. Whether your family has had a child die (at any age, from any cause) or you are trying to help those who have gone through this life-altering experience, The Compassionate Friends exists to provide friendship, understanding, and hope to those going through the natural grieving process.

All proceeds for the event will be used to fund The Compassionate friends annual retreat at Whatshan Lake on September 15, 2022, which is all about living with the loss of a loved one and finding joy.
