Amazing memories of Emily skiing in Lake Louise and Cat Skiing at Fortress Mountain - she was twelve years old and loved to race.  

Although it is painful to lose our loved ones, this is often the only way by which we learn of our deep need to form some inner detachment, as well as the obvious fact that worldly life is inseparable from suffering. Such tough lessons are instructive; they make us aware that we must turn to the spiritual quest if we are to find contentment and enduring happiness.

When one sits quietly with these memories it feels more like a dream with ever changing scenes. Amazing. 
This is the same for every single one of us and there are absolutely no exceptions. And, when your last breath arrives, words can do nothing. 
This should teach us not to be proud of things, people, relations and friends, or youth. All these things are changed by time in the blink of an eye.
