Depression and suicidal thoughts are not uncommon and those that have these thoughts are not alone. What makes a difference is how you act. Your purpose in life is to be happy and to dispel suffering in the world. In order to discuss these questions, it is important we ask the deeper question - "Who Am I?". You must approach the mystical side of your being to find the truth of the way things are. Spend some time thinking about both the form and the formless parts of yourself! Why not do this? Explore the universe within yourself!
