The Annual Ride Don't Hide Event Took Place on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at Creekside Park in Vernon, BC. 

Events like Ride Don’t Hide help support unfunded programs at CMHA. 

This includes things like the bereavement program, the mental health promotion team, and the client assistance fund.

The Emily Dahl Foundation recognizes how important these initiatives are in our community, 

"The energy was amazing and it is a real community event,” stated Donna Dahl, Emily's Grandmother.   

Dahl added: “People are there to support others who are living with a mental illness, are riding or walking in memory of somebody, or just being there to support the fact that we all have mental health that needs to be nurtured. We think of Emily at all times and how she was always supporting others that were struggling with mental health issues. The Emily Dahl Foundation is proud to be a supporter of this annual event."
