These sisters in Vancouver are so happy to have received one of Ted Ohlsen's hand carved chains and two birds, from The Emily Dahl Foundation. 

They sent back a lovely THANK YOU note and picture - this brought smiles to everyone in Vernon. 

It is this sort of love and kindness that this world needs - and Ted provides it in his amazing work.

Ted Ohlsen of Flin Flon pioneered diamond willow carvings in the early 70’s.

Challenged by the loss of his eyesight due to a hunting accident in 1960, Ted has found diamond willow carving to be a relaxing way of expressing his love for the great Canadian outdoors.
