My Uncle Vern from Saskatchewan called me yesterday and we had a long talk about all kinds of things. I sent him a note today to thank him so much for spending time with me yesterday and talkin and walkin me thru life with laughter and memories. He must have known I needed a friend. Also yesterday, my Uncle Russ, also from Saskatchewan, sent me a video of Jack Semple singing. 

Both Uncle Russ, Uncle Vern and I are all fans of Jack Semple, who is also from Saskatchewan.  His song "Walkin" is something we all talked about - lovely metaphysical stuff.  

I miss Emily so much some days - it hurts / it loves / I laugh / I cry.

But in the end, we can only just "Keep Walkin." 

The wisdom from our experiences teaches us that all things change. Friendship wanes and realized ambition brings its own new troubles or disappointments. A fixed and unalterable worldly happiness based on outward things is sought by many but found by none.

Be Happy and in Love with all things and all non-things and just keep Walkin!!
